Service company income

Complete this section to identify the total dividends and salary withdrawn from a personal service company in the tax year.

Following the 2014 review by the House of Lords the Service Company Income question has been removed from the Tax Return for 2016 onwards. This section is only available for tax returns up to and including year ended 5 April 2015

• Company name: Enter the name of the company.
• Salary before tax: Enter the total salary withdrawn (before tax).
• Dividends (including tax credit): Enter the total dividends withdrawn (including the tax credit from the dividend voucher).
