Promotional Terms and Conditions

This offer is for the Taxfiler PRO subscription only, other packages are excluded from this promotion.

These terms and conditions are for Taxfiler Limited’s (registered with company number 08168004) (“Taxfiler”, “Us”, “Our” or “We”) software promotional offer (“Promotional Offer”). By using the Promotional Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS

    1. Your use of Our software made available through the Promotional Offer will be subject to Our standard Terms and Conditionsand Privacy Policy found at taxfiler.co.uk.
    2. Only one licence using this Promotional Offer is available to each participant which will be restricted to the first 12 months only and will be non-renewable. Each participant will be provided with a 50% discount on the price at the time of registration. After the first 12 months, participants can choose to move onto our monthly pricing plan or standard annual discount rate and payments shall be made annually up front using Our standard payment methods.

    The following restrictions apply:

    1. existing Taxfiler customers are excluded from participating;
    2. this Promotional Offer can only be used once by each participant;
    3. this Promotional Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Taxfiler offer;
    4. this Promotional offer is valid from 11th March 2021 to 30th April 2021 only:
    5. We reserve the right to exclude anyone from participating in the Promotional Offer;
    6. We reserve the right to end the Promotional Offer or to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice;
    7. the name of the Promotional Offer may differ across our marketing material and as such, We reserve the right to change the name without prior notice; and
    8. as a result of applying for this Promotional Offer you will receive marketing material from Us via email. You may unsubscribe at any time. You can find further information about your rights in respect of Our marketing activity in our Privacy Statement found at iris.co.uk.

    GENERAL

      1. By using the Promotional Offer, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by Us for the purposes of the Promotional Offer.
      1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, We may, at Our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from using the Promotional Offer.
      2. We reserve the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotional Offer at Our discretion.
      3. We shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage due to Our refusal to permit you to use the Promotional Offer, Our withdrawal of the Promotional Offer or any failure or inability by you to use the Promotional Offer. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits Our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by Our negligence, or for fraud.
      4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
