Property losses

This tab allows input of property losses for the company.

• Losses brought forward – enter the total losses brought forward from an earlier period.
• Loss this period – this field will show any loss arising this period (from the Net property income tab).
• Total loss available – this field will show the total property losses.
• Offset against income and gains – enter the losses to be offset against total income and gains.
• Surrendered to group (see group relief) – this field shows the total losses surrendered for group relief.
• Loss to carry forward – this field shows the total unused losses to carry forward.
